Use this section to understand what Hellotext charges, why a particular amount appears, and where to manage billing for your business.
Start with the pricing model
For plans under the standard monthly comparison, Hellotext compares the plan minimum, performance fee, SMS costs, and the variable non-SMS messaging amount. Only the highest of those four becomes the Hellotext amount for that comparison.

Understand attributed revenue
The performance fee uses revenue attributed to Hellotext, not all store revenue.

Messaging has three distinct concepts:

Open Settings → Billing to see your current plan, period usage, balance when applicable, payment history, payment methods, billing information, and available invoices.
